Chinese Finger Trap

I am stuck.
In a Chinese Finger Trap.
To thread a needle,
And hold a butterfly.
Moving is effortless.
Effort is stillness.
Directions crisscross,
Decisions lost.
No force,
Nor choice.
I am free.
